The Board of Directors of Hong Kong Hongyi Environmental Education and Development Fund Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Hongyi"), including Chairman Mr.Liao Qiguang, Director Mr. Xie Xiaodong, and Fund Director Mr. Zheng Yihao, visited Hangzhou Nandah Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nandah Environmental Protection Technology") for an in-depth exchange and site inspection. The two parties engaged in extensive discussions on new opportunities in the environmental protection sector and reached a strategic cooperation intention.

About Hongyi Environmental Education and Development Fund

Hong Kong Hongyi Environmental Education and Development Fund has extensive experience in recycling and environmental education. It currently operates the "Green United Market" program for the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department and manages multiple community food Waste Recycling projects in the New Territories. Since its establishment, Hongyi has been dedicated to promoting waste reduction, resource recycling, and advocating for ESG practices among businesses.

Site Visit and Exploration

On October 8, the Hongyi team visited the Nandah Qiantang Resource Recycling Center. During the visit, both parties discussed the current situation and challenges of food waste management in Hong Kong and explored innovative solutions tailored to Hong Kong's specific conditions. The Hongyi team gained firsthand insights into Nanda's advanced technologies and efficient management in resource recycling and utilization.

On October 9, Mr. Xu Jianlin, Chairman of Nandah Environmental Protection Technology, and Mr.Liao Qiguang, Chairman of Hongyi Board, signed a strategic cooperation agreement in the presence of both teams. This landmark partnership signifies Nanda's successful expansion into the Hong Kong market and represents a new milestone in food waste management in Hong Kong. It also lays a solid foundation for deepening cooperation between the two companies in the environmental protection field.

Mr. Xu Jianlin introduced Nanda's current development strategy and industrial structure, emphasizing that green and low-carbon development is at the core of the company's philosophy.
